STEP BY STEP
Run the workflow.
Work in sequence and keep each intermediate artifact. Review the result at every stage before spending time on the next one.
- 01
Collect broadly
Gather candidate releases from labs, project pages, repositories, newsletters and trusted roundups. Save the original page for every item.
- 02
Verify at source
Open each publication, confirm what shipped and record the publisher’s date. If no trustworthy day exists, retain only the month.
- 03
Normalize the signal
Write a two-sentence description: what changed, then why it matters. Separate models, media, agents, research and tools.
- 04
Synthesize patterns
Cluster items into three to five themes, identify repeated capabilities and note which releases materially change a workflow.
- 05
Publish with provenance
Use publication imagery where available, link every card to its source and keep discovery videos as optional context only.
