AI Creativity Catalyst is a free online hackathon for creative entrepreneurs, freelancers and small businesses across the Interreg Aurora programme area in Finland, Sweden and Norway.
During the event, 20–30 participants will form small cross-border teams and move through research, ideation, prototyping and presentation. Each team will develop an AI product idea, create a prototype and present it to a jury.
The programme combines evening workshops with a mentor-supported prototyping day. Participants do not need to arrive with a team; teams of two or three will be formed during the hackathon.
The winning team receives travel and accommodation for Kirkenes, Norway, and the opportunity to present its project at the Arctic AI Summit on 20–22 October 2026.
Applications are open to eligible participants in the Interreg Aurora area until 27 September 2026.
